Kelsey is responsible for the performance of water rights investigations, augmentation plan and water supply accounting, evapotranspitation and crop consumptive use calculations and reservoir and stream depletion analyses. Other duties include the compilation and analysis of water resources, water rights and hydrologic data, as well as the mapping of said data using GIS software. She provided technical support for the hydrologic and water rights investigations for the Yellowstone River Compact in the case of Montana v. Wyoming and North Dakota.
Prior to joining Spronk Water Engineers in 2011, Kelsey spent two years as an Application Engineer performing feasibility, productivity, and net present value analyses and two summers as a Civil Engineering Intern performing environmental and transportation consulting duties
