Heidi has been working in the water resources field in since 2006 in Colorado, Wyoming, New Mexico, Montana, and Idaho. Her experience includes stream depletion analyses, water rights investigations, compilation and analyses of hydrologic and water rights data, data and database management, quantification of historical consumptive use, crop evapotranspiration calculations, and water availability analyses. She also assists with water rights protection, substitute water supply plans, and augmentation plans. She is experienced in the review, development, and maintenance of water rights accounting. She has extensive experience in and GIS mapping and modeling including the preparation of exhibits, georeferencing and digitizing, delineation and quantification of irrigated area, hydrologic analyses, and spatial analysis.
Prior to joining Spronk Water Engineers in 2009, Heidi has worked as an environmental consultant and as a hydrologic technician responsible for collection and analyses of a variety of watershed field measurements.
