The Park Range Ranch is located in Jackson County in northern Colorado, along the eastern flank of the Mt. Zirkel Wilderness. SWE provided due diligence services associated with the pending purchase of the ranch. As part of these services, SWE obtained and reviewed copies of water rights decrees, historical filing maps and statements of claim, diversion records, water rights tabulations and abandonment lists, interviewed state officials and persons knowledgeable regarding the water rights of the ranch, and mapped the water rights structures and facilities. A report was prepared that summarized the findings and identified any water right issues that may affect the sale or value of the water rights.
